WE WANT TO THANK EVERYONE FOR THE OUTPOURING OF SUPPORT FOR YOUR FELLOW COMMUNITY MEMBERS!
After receiving many nominations, we are going to be able to help out a Thousand Oaks and a Simi Valley family this year with donations to bring extra joy to their Christmas holiday!
If this is something that you might be able to do in your community or for someone you know, we urge you to give back too!! After all, a little can go such a long way!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
This Christmas 2010, we want to give back to our community! In an effort to reach out during this tough economic climate, The Stephen Christie Group will be adopting two local families this Christmas who have fallen on difficult times.
Each family will receive:
- Decorated Christmas tree
- Stuffed stocking and presents for each child
- Catered Christmas dinner for the family
If you know / are a family in the Simi or Conejo Valley area who would benefit greatly from this effort, please submit an entry for nomination. Submissions should tell us about the family members and background / circumstances of their hardship – write as much or as little as you like. Submissions must be received by midnight on Thursday, December 2nd and also need to include your name and best contact number, as well as the nominee’s name(s), contact number, street name and city.
Each member of the team will choose a story they connect with, to be drawn at random on December 3rd for the two selected families. We’ll contact you first, and then the selected family to notify them of the donations they’ll be receiving.
**SUBMISSIONS AND SELECTIONS WILL BE KEPT STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL!
We will not share this information with anyone outside of us, you, and them!
